Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cup arhar daal


  • 1/4 cup moong daal


  • 1/4 cuo green moong daal


  • 1/4 cup chana daal


  • 3 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp haldi ppowder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 bay leaf


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 2 dry red chilli1 tsp kasoori methi


  • 1/4 tsp hing


  • 3 tbsp ghee


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1 lemon juice


  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves


  • 1 cup wheat flour for baati


  • 1/4 cup sooji


  • 1/4 cup milk


  • 2 tbsp ghee


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1/2 cup wheat flour for churma


  • 1/4 cuo suji


  • 2 tsp ghee


  • 1/4 cup bura


  • 2 tsp almond


  • 2 tsp cardmon powder


  • 2 cup ghee for frying baati


  • 1 cup besan for gatta vegetable


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1/2 cup curd


  • 1 tsp whole coriander seeds


  • 1/4 tsp hing for vegetable


  • 3 tbsp oil forGatta vegetable gravy


  • 2 cloves


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1/2 tsp amchur powder

Directions

  • Wash and soak all daals and boil in cooker
  • Take 2 tbsp water and add all spices
  • Mix them in water
  • Heat ghee in wok and add all given whole masala
  • Roast and add spices paste
  • Roast it and add salt
  • Now add daal and cook
  • Add coriander leaves
  • Take all ingredients of baati in a bowl
  • And make a tight doughdevide in equal size balls
  • Make balls and press a little
  • Make cross mark upon them with knife
  • Bake them for 20 min.at 180 degree in preheated ovan
  • Cook from both sides
  • Heat ghee and fry them
  • For churma take all ingredients and mix them
  • Make tight dough and make small balls
  • Fry them also in ghee
  • Let them cool and then grind in mixer
  • Add almonds and cardmin powder and ghee
  • Now for gatta take all ingredients and make dough
  • Devide in equal parts and make rolls of them
  • Now boil 1 glass water in a pan
  • When water boil add gatta and cook
  • When cookes remove from hot water but don't throw away water
  • Kerp it safe for use in gravy
  • Cut gutta in small parts
  • Heat oil add all whole spices
  • Take curd in a bowl and add spices mix them finely
  • Add jeera hing in oil and add curd mix
  • Stir continuously to prevent it from curdling
  • Niw add gatta and gatta water and cook
  • Add kasoori methi and garam masala
  • Add coriander leaves and ready to serve
  • Dip baati in ghee and serve with daal,chutney,sugar,churma,papad etc.
